"Ficamos frustrados pois saímos de casa com intenção de passar o Natal e participar da ceia natalina."

Atendimento bom, quarto amplo, limpeza boa, fomos bem recepcionados, café espetacular.

Gostaríamos de ter participado da ceia natalina, no momento do chekout perguntamos ao recepcionista se era necessário fazer a reserva e o mesmo informou que não era, nos arrumamos no dia 24 para ir e fomos barrados pela funcionária que estava recepcionando os convidados, a mesma disse que o evento seria para quem tivesse feito reserva, ficamos frustrados e como era 20:30h ela nos informou que o restaurante ficaria aberto até às 22:00h e como era o único recurso, tivemos que ir, chegando lá a garçonete informou que fecharia às 21:30h e que a cozinha fecharia às 21:00h todos os garçons estavam cansados e fizemos o nosso pedido forçado às 20:50h Ar condicionado do quarto bem antigo, barulho infernal, e quando desligávamos, dava pra escutar o barulho dos outros aparelhos de outros quartos.

Las habitaciones son super amplias y cómodas. el baño amplio y completo. el Staff amable y atentos. El desayuno variado y el restaurante muy lindo.

La pileta de veranda estaba un poco sucia, habían bichitos en el agua, podrían mejorar eso

Instalações muito boas, piscina excelente. Comida muito boa.

A locaização não é muito boa para quem quer visitar pontos turísticos na cidade. Como fui participar de um congresso que ocorreu no próprio hotel, foi uma excelente escolha.
