Das Hotel liegt nah am Flughafen, es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttel-Bus, die Zimmer sind groß, es ist sauber und dad Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Einzig das Personal bei unserer Ankunft hat uns einen schönen Aufenthalt vermiest. Wir waren nach 25 Stunden Anreise angekommen und bekamen unser Zimmer. Leider funktionierte die Dusche nicht; kann passieren. Auf unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer sagte die Dame, sie muss mit dem Manager sprechen (22 Uhr Abends). Danach warteten wir, mit mehreren Telefonaten dazwischen, bis Mitternacht, wo uns gesagt wurde, es gibt leider kein anderes Zimmer, eventuell am nächsten Tag. Laut booking.com hätte ich aber mehrere freie Zimmer auswählen können. Wir mussten daher mit nassen Handtüchern und Waschbecken unsere Körperpflege erledigen, nach über 27 Stunden Reisezeit eine Frechheit. So kann eine unkompetente Mitarbeiterin einen ganzen Urlaub vermasseln und dem Hotel einen guten Ruf ruinieren. Ich wünsche mir, dass diese Dame einmal in eine ähnliche Situation kommt und dann erlebt, was guter Service sein sollte.
