Very nice and very well kept
USUSBathroom was filthy. Multiple people's hair accumulated behind door, gross brown splashes on bathroom walls and door. Lobby did not have breakfast as advertised. Had granola bars, out of date honey buns and coffee. I emailed hotel manager the very next day including pics of filth. They never replied. I want a refund and a disinfecting shower just looking at the pics (included in this review). I paid too much for my daughter's and I to sleep in filth and not get fed.

Room was fine. Above average. Clean and a great Television. Only issue was reserved a room thru the Hotels.com app and was doubled billed, and everyone is pointing fingers on who's at fault. I have to wonder if and when i may get my money back.
USThe room was nice and clean. The location was great.
I made the original reservation for 3 nights. Modified that reservation to 2 nights back in May. The manager indicated that they did not get the modification notice from Booking, so they charged me for my 2 night stay....and for 2 additional nights.... after I checked out. I had to contact Choice Hotels customer service and was told the manager would call me back. She did not call.
