They need to update their property details . No bar, no restaurant, swimming pool is closed, no room service, and they didn’t clean or make our bed. We stayed three nights, and it was three nights to long!
Based on the reviews I'd read, I was extremely nervous about staying here. Glad to say it wasn't bad at all. Yes, the hotel is old... BUT they have made the best of what they have to work with. Room was good size, good bed and new TV. The furniture is old but serves its purpose. If you're looking for 5star, this is not for you!! Decent place to lay your head. We never saw any bugs and our non-smoking room was clean and w/o any oder. Wifi worked great during our stay..
My stay at Ramada was good not great. The trains were busy. There were not enough electrical outlet in the room to plug two phone chargers. The beds were semi comfortable.
Needs to be alot more up to date
USWe got the wrong room 3 times, there were dead cockroaches in the air conditioner vents, no mini fridge, coffee pot was right beside the toilet 🤢, bedding had stains on it. There was visible dirt running down the walls in the lobby. I wouldn’t ever stay there again.
No sleep due to train horn right outside of hotel. Three times during one night so we left at 4:30 am since we were not sleeping anyway. You should select a hotel away for the downtown train tracks. You were warned.
Arrived at this property to find wallpaper peeling with a hole in wall, toilet running, bugs, vagrants outside digging through the dumpster. VERY DATED PROPERTY Not altogether sure it’s safe. This place does NOT have a good reputation. Then there’s the train that goes by a block away, blowing the horn for about two minutes straight, every two hours, all night long. They failed to mention that in the description and are put out when you don’t want to stay somewhere where you’ll be woken up all night long. If you’re looking for a restful relaxing night sleep, this is not the place. SKIP IT. We left an hour after arrival, Because of all these issues , still got charged for the full night! Shameful Buyer beware!!
I think overall hotel needs update. No breakfast is available or any other meal. Room is ok, bathroom space is really small!
USWomen & children, DO NOT STAY HERE. Vagrants in the lobby, propositioning all females, Loud train horn at 3am for 5 minutes every morning, NO restaurant, non working TV, "everyone gets a smoking room!" The owner has given up, this is a drug den!
