Hotel Crowne Imperial - Kathmandu

I had a good experience at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice to sleep on. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The hotel was quiet, so I could rest well. The food was tasty and served on time. The location was also good and easy to find. Overall, my stay was pleasant and relaxing. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you

Good location with good and clean rooms. No noise pollution and the staffs were all friendly to talk with good service. The atmosphere inside were so friendly that I didn’t had problem with anything. The staffs were very fluent in English.

I also used their banquet hall to host a dinner with my business partners, and I was very impressed. The food was excellent, well-prepared, and appreciated by all my guests — a great experience for a business gathering. For travelers who are concerned about Halal food, this hotel is a reliable choice as they provide Halal options and maintain good cleanliness standards. Overall service quality is on par with international hotels. What really stood out was the attitude of the entire team — from the bellboy to reception, laundry, and other staff members. Everyone was helpful, polite, and ready to assist whenever needed. I would happily recommend Imperial Crowne Hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Kathmandu. Restaurant in floor 1 is highly recommended, menu and buffet available. We tried the menu and the food was incredible, on top of that the service is amazing, vey kind

Didn’t know what to expect. Big place with comfy rooms and truly no issues. OK the powered quit for a minute every now and then, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Included breakfast featured regional dishes - a plus. Evening meals well prepared. All service - front desk, meals, housekeeping- most attentive.
