Hotel Crowne Imperial - Kathmandu

My stay at the Crowne Imperial Hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax after exploring Kathmandu. The hotel facilities, including the spa, pool, and restaurants, are all excellent and create a very pleasant experience. I would especially like to praise Ms. Rebuka Rai from the Mandarin Restaurant, whose outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism made every visit unforgettable. She truly elevates the guest experience, and I am very grateful for her care and hospitality. I highly recommend the Crowne Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It is a wonderful place to stay, with great comfort, friendly staff, and excellent service throughout.

Good hotel

Charging 2x the same bill for room service. Had to pay 7.000 again! The lady at the reception did not care. Scam!

I was staying in the Hotel Crowne Imperial between Oct 25-Nov 5 with a group of us doing yoga retreat. There are so many compliments to be given to this hotel staffs right from their Front Desk Customer Service, 2nd floor Restaurant Customer Service, Room Service, the Guards, the Bell Boys, the Managers in the Front Desk, Food restaurant and etc. All staffs were humble with a smile always. No matter how busy they were, there is always smile in their faces. Hotel is very clean, food was super good and delicious with varieties of dishes, the room was excellent. I have a big thank you and compliment for Asmi AdhiKari at the Front Desk. She went extra mile to help me with finding taxi for my shopping and was always helpful. I will recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, and you will not regret. I would like to thank all staffs in this hotel to make our stay smooth and joyful!

It’s was far from city center, which was not important for me.

Excellent comfortable hotel, well placed, superb service and food options, calming music during daytime & silence in the night so I could sleep wonderfully and recover from my long long trip up to this country.

Very clean, well-ventilated and modern. The staff were very friendly and caring. The meals were excellent and the restaurant was very neat and beautifully designed. I would like to give my special thanks to bhawana,manog and sudip for their caring and hospitality.

Located slightly off the main road. Unassuming 4 stars hotel. Ample size room with the usual amenities. Love their in-house sandals 🙂 Breakfast spread not so much varieties but adequate. Swimming pool next to the coffee shop is nice. Also beautiful patio ☕️ Well decorated spaces. Recommended if you just want a happy night stay, away from the bustling city.
