En Realidad la pase bien pero estoy seguro que pude pasarla mejor si incluyeran algunas cosas extra un poco más internacional RECUERDEN que estamos en florida y la diversidad de turistas puede hacer la diferencia de bueno a perfecto

non siamo riusciti a farci la doccia, il rubinetto del miscelatore girava a vuoto. non usciva acqua. quando al check out abbiamo comunicato il problema la receptionist con molta tranquillità, non ha dato importanza al problema. Inoltre l’impianto di riscaldamento era molto rumoroso e inefficiente. Inoltre avevo scelto questa location per la colazione inclusa. invece all’arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la colazione era inclusa solo per 2 persone (eravamo in 4) e le altre due avrebbero dovuto pagare. Voglio sottolineare il cibo di scarsa qualità ed ancora più bassa l’attenzione che ci è stata riservata. a colazione abbiamo chiesto un cappuccino e la cameriera molto scortese ci ha spiegato che non avevano cappuccino. e mi sembra che non sia così assurdo volere un cappuccino a colazione, non mi sembra di aver chiesto un’aragosta. Voglio inoltre segnalare un’inconveniente molto sgradevole, durante la colazione, si svolgeva il cambio dei tappeti, nella sala dove stavamo consumando il cibo, tappeti. questi tappeti spostati,i tappeti erano a corsi e in tutta la sala. questa operazione andrebbe fatta a locale vuoto o chiuso, non mentre si consuma la colazione.

I was totally misled on the breakfast purchase when I went to breakfast looking for a buffet it was a sit-down restaurant and I prepaid $75 for three nights thinking breakfast is taken care of now they put me in a position where I had to tip the waiter and pay for juices and coffee absolutely absurd the breakfast package is definitely not worth buying

Loved the location to everything, beach, stores, and groceries.

We had booked a room that had a dinette. In one of the cabinets it had s checklist of what was supposed to be in the room. After looking we noticed we were missing 2 of the 4 coffee mugs and the toaster. We proceeded to the front desk to request a toaster. Front desk said one would be brought up to our room. We were figuring it was going to be brought up right away as we were going to use it for breakfast that day. No it wasn't brought up till the day before we left. It may seem like something small to complain about but when we spend what we did for those days we would like to have everything in our room that we paid to have and not have to wait till the last full day of our stay to be able to utilize the amenity.
