The rooms look like they were remodeled within the last 5 years but not well done. Door frames are rusting and rotating away. Toilet was not level and rocked back and forth when you sat on it making a distinctive noise. Wall sockets were crooked and not bolted down completely. These are just a few examples. The entire room needs to fine through by a professional and updated correctly. The room alone did not make me want to check out anything else the hotel had to offer.

"Not A Lot of Positive Things to Say About This Place"

As many reviews here say - this place needs a total renovation. It is more like a MOTEL than a HOTEL. 15th floor room - AC/heater did not work right. It was set to 90 degrees when I entered the room. Not clean - no lie - I found a set of fake eye lashes on the floor by the side of the bed. Gross. Hair on the wall of the shower. Room smells musty. Window dirty. Front desk staff rude (2 men, not sure of their names). Not welcoming at all. Toilet crazy short - good workout getting down on it and back up. Pillows lousy. No remote control for the TV - I had to go back down to front desk to ask for one (and the front desk staff seemed to not quite believe me that the room didn't have one, as if I would steal a grimy motel tv remote...). So WHY am I not giving this place ONE STAR instead of 2??? Because of 2 female employees who were good and help boost the star count to 2. The first is the bartender. Friendly. Polite. Sweet. And the 2nd is the housekeeper that they sent up to my room with a remote control. Don't book this place. Not worth it. But if you do, be sure to stop by the restaurant for a glass of wine. Wine itself not great, but bartender nice.
