Could not get out the parking lot. Kiosk did not work.

Staff was very nice

The property is outdated, room desktop and table surfaces were dusty.

The walls had many dents and holes. The pool was disgusting things floating in it! The hot tub was closed which wasn’t an issue but it was green at the bottom. The shower floor felt like it was going to fall out! The curtains were partially broken! The elevators were dirty and slow and the only way to the pool that was reliable to get there was the stairs!

Space and I had a problem with the cleanliness of my room full of dust on headboard and side tables and vents I had a allergic reaction to all the dust my husband and I had to sleep on the sofa bed

Worst Hilton I’ve ever visited. Entire hotel is out of date and needs a good paint job at least. Toilet backed up (and no, not my fault). Walls are paper thin. They charge for parking. No refrigerator in room.

The hotel has a traditional or classic atmosphere. The staff is nice. My 3 starts is because it was a little outdated and the parking lot was scary, dirty, old and urgently needs a renovation

It was mediocre, rooms were not clean there was hair in shower and on bed. Furniture was very dusty

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel room is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet was dirty, the chair was old with patches of paint on it, and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. Even the air conditioning control unit was hanging out of the walls. It’s seems like the hotel has not been renovated since it was opened, and the lack of proper cleaning makes the condition even worst. The house keeping standards were completely unacceptable. In my opinion, rooms in this condition should not even been rented out.

The charge excessive drunk fees, which is illegal by federal laws. And they are not ashame of breaking the laws.
