Place is beautiful. Clean and very well maintained.

The staff. Called at about 630am to ask what was the earliest I can check in my room and if early check in was available. After a few minutes of talking to the women in the AM she confirmed they can have the room available after 11am. That was perfect. I had a long drive all night so rest was all I had in mind. When we arrive there was a middle aged balled obese individual with zero people skills. I informed him that I spoke to a woman this morning about the request and his response was "I was here all morning and you didnt talk to me. I cant help you. Check in is at 4 maybe we can 3pm." Of course I was upset but left before I let words leave my mouth. I canceled my reservation as soon as I left and found a place that was able to help me and my partner. Train employees to a higher standard. One that Fits the beauty of this hotel. Please.

QUE NO HAY SERVICIO DE RESTAURANTE, SIENDO QUE TIENEN EXCELENTES INSTALACIONES PARA OFRECER COMIDA, CENA, DESAYUNO, ES UNA LASTIMA.

The hotels architecture

Well the bed was hard, the desk was super small, lighting was not great although it was ok. They charge for their breakfast so its not included. The coffee tasted like water.
