Bellissimo edificio, autentico e abitato da cittadini reali e non solo turisti di passaggio. Penso che la nostra impronta sia deleteria nei contesti urbani e cerco di limitare il più possibile il ricorso alle offerte di questo tipo, solo quando non ho alternative.

La precarietà è la cifra di tutti gli interventi di ristrutturazione fatti per creare B&B, dunque maniglie traballanti, mancanza di posti dove appoggiare le proprie cose, piccoli malfunzionamenti ecc... ma il problema è che finché continueremo a chiedervi soluzioni di questo tipo, così saremo serviti. È così che va....

Spaziosa per 1/2 persone, carina ben arredata e in una bella zona, prezzo top per la posizione centralissima

Pulita ma non pulitissima, tendina della doccia non lunga abbastanza di conseguenza bagno che si allaga. Nelle 2 notti in cui ho soggiornato wi fi completamente non funzionante

Good communication from the owners, very helpful with questions that we had. The bathroom needs some work doing in it as the shower head doesn’t work great and needs a better guard around it to stop the water running out of the shower on to the floor. The apartment was clean and had all amenities that we needed, and was in a great location for getting around xx

The only good thing about this tiny apartment is location. The apartment it self is very very small , no real bed with mattress you sleep on the sofa hard to sleep anyway the street is very noisy day and night. The management not flexible at all trying to charge you for everything make you clean the apartment before you leave Check out time is getting earlier and earlier it’s outrageous . Overall don’t recommend unless for one night

I don't recommend this property or any services from CleanBnB. Our experience in this apartment was a nightmare. After collecting the keys from the CleanBnB reception (about 1km away from the property) and upon arrival at the property, we were greeted by someone who introduced himself as the administrator of the condominium, and told that we will have a water supply issue during our stay and that we will only get water supply when the restaurants connected to the same condominium as the property opened their kitchen. We complained to the property owner about this inconvenience and were asked to wait for the next day to see if the problem persists. We complained again the next day and we were told that they would try to find us an alternative accommodation. Needless to say that they could not find us an alternative property and the property owner told us (in writing) that we will be "refunded 30% of the cost of the stay". We were asked to confirm if we accept or not. Having no alternative, we accepted this offer of 30% refund of the "cost of the stay". Needless to stay that the problem persisted after this agreement and in one of the days (after this agreement) we even had 24 hours with no water supply. Imagine the inconvenience of a family of 3 in 35 degrees Celsius not being able to shower or do personal needs. We had to revert to public convenience for daily needs. Any way the holiday was over and to our surprise we were give a 30% refund on our first 3 days only!!! even though the agreement was that the refund would be 30% of the cost of the stay. I repeatedly contacted the property owners and booking.com to get the promised refund. I am publishing the whole conversation here (as a photo) for everyone's information and to prove that the property owners cannot be trusted. BTW, the call center of booking.com is useless. They have no leverage on property owners.
