It was alright.

I shouldn’t have to ask to have my room cleaned came back to my room to no towels nor trash taken out smh

The area was very quiet,

The shower room didn't have air ventilation suck moist out. And the bed was moving out of range

Close to many food options. Security guard in parking lot at night.

Breakfast provided was barely ok. Pet fee seemed exorbitant and random. Happy to pay but would prefer to know upfront the cost. Worst part is the relocation of the bathroom door. It’s now a sliding barn door with no lock that faces the beds. Aside from awkwardness in bathroom, there is valuable space that is unusable for storing luggage, etc.

It was a very enjoyable stay here; I spent so long trying to find a nice hotel near all the theme parks and beaches here in Cali, but most had some kind of underlying problem. Thankfully I was able to find this hotel which is not extremely far from all and at a reasonable price with wonderful rooms and breakfast. The room was practically spotless when we checked in with extra towels already in our room. The front desk workers were extremely nice and polite even when our drain was clogged and even had maintenance come to our room late in the evening to fix it which we were very grateful for given our long days. The breakfast was a nice spread with pastries, fruits, Proteins as well as a nice selection of drinks. What really made our trip was the complimentary coffee/ tea in the lobby, it was very nice to be able to have a cup of tea to feel better or just some fresh coffee in the morning without having to brew any. There is plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well which was very convenient when we were trying to get on the road. I will for sure be staying here again if I return to the area. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

We love the property and the service is amazing and the breakfast is so delicious well worth money

Everything. They where extremely fast in fixing 2 errors and ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome.

The only thing I would say they need to fix is the shower, it is extremely slick as soon as any soap or shampoo touched it. Thats my only concern.
