"More expensive than stated rate, dirty rooms, common areas and staff was unfriendly"

Rooms were not cleaned, there were contact lenses *(used) lying on the sink area *(found 6 obvious lenses, from prior guest). 2 night stay and both rooms were not cleaned or sheets changed during whole stay. Didn't feel welcomed by staff, whole staff was very rude, front desk, management & breakfast staff. Breakfast area was dirty & other common areas including the pool & gym were sub-par. Pool and hot tub were terrible.

Cleaning, staff behavior, pool area was gross and not usable. Expensive and didn't feel safe at property, outside doors didn't close/lock properly. I stayed here a few years ago and it was not in poor repair, it has clearly gone downhill. Extra furniture (desks, chairs & broken items in large pile by pool/common area). Disgusting, smelled bad, felt unsafe in parking lot, rooms & common areas were filthy. TV, WIFI and other amenities were not usable.

"Fast check-in, clean rooms, would stay again"

I had a lovely person take my reservation. We arrived late and had a SUPER fast check-in, which was amazing for a hotel. Breakfast starts early, great for those needing to leave early: 6am to 9am. Wish it had been warm enough to use the pool and hot tub. Area and water was nice and clean.
