"Very good place to stay overnight in rural Colorado'"

Breakfast was above average for a motel / hotel of this cost range. Oscars Restaurant is just across the parking lot and is a locals favorite with a big comfort food menu and reasonable prices. We have stayed here several times a year for about 5 years to and from ski trips in Colorado.

"We regularly stay in Limon on our way to ski on CO. Best combination of comfort and price in Limon."

Parking lot is next to Oscar's Restaurant which is a locals favorite with a large menu of good wholesome food at reasonable prices. The included hotel breakfast has a good selection of options.

Toilet Paper is very poor quality. Worse than average motel quality.

Connor, at the front desk was very courteous which got our stay off to a great start. The facility was in very good condition and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The walls are not very well insulated. Can easily hear conversations from attached rooms and the hallway.
