The bottom two floors are rented by the government as a housing hotel. You couldn’t go outside without getting begged for a smoke or money

The rooms were very old, and the furniture was not clean looking. Our room had 4 channels on the tv, in french. Likelihood of us returning is slim to none.

How about photos that show the actual room you are renting not some upgraded suite. Would not stay again. The photos on line show an upgraded room. When you arrive they try to upsell you. I took the room as it was depicted in the photos. Absolute worn out dump not like the photos for sure. She asked me at the desk how the room was when I returned to dinner. I shook my head to be decent and not scare others at the counter. She replied I told you 20 dollars you could have a better room. How about refunding my money and I stay next door. The hired security guard beside the counter chuckled!

It looks like I was going to get stabbed at the entrance of the hotel.

The beds were comfy that was a bonus, however there was people outside that were on drugs and made me and my family feel unsafe.

Lobby was packed with people yelling and chatting. I could not hear anything the desk staff was trying to say to me. Out front, there were many people smoking within less than 10 feet of the door, and all along the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke was everywhere. They need to make or allocate a smoking area at least 15 meters of the doors.

Hot tub is nice! Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Found lots of other people’s hairs around our room and on sheets. The entrance smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. Not the best.

They charged the $150 damage fee twice to my card. I am hoping the charges will reverse so I don't have to dispute with my bank.

Parking lot was icy, like no sand or salt was put down and snow blocking the pathway
