OYO Hotel Mt. Vernon KY - Renfro valley/I-75

After getting my room, I was immediately blasted with loud music that started at 9:30 and continued until 11:40 when I finally called the front desk and said either do something or I am calling the police. This was in the room right next to me. They couldn’t even hear the manager knocking on the door because the music was so loud. The party was not over when the music stopped though and continued for at least another hour or more. The next night I got to my room and no music but that same room was having a grilling party in the parking lot right outside the room. I called the front desk to see if I could be changed to a different room and the manager said that they promised no loud music after 10:30 and refused to change my room. This place is not a “residential” type environment, it is a hotel where people go to sleep. There was very little sleep going on in this place. I cannot recommend this hotel, there were dead bugs in the room and the bathroom was falling apart. Obviously the manager was not willing to help his guests with a simple request of changing rooms. For the same price go to the Days Inn in Mt Vernon! That is where I will stay next time.

The pictures on here look nothing like in person my key didn’t work I looked thru the window and the bed covers were dirty the room was dirty I didn’t even stay I just booked a hotel down the road absolutely filthy would never recommend anyone to stay there

Loud and dirty poor customer service

My sons truck was broken into along 2 other vehicles. My sons $2000.00 bite suit was taken and a few other things. The police came and the owner showed the videos to them and my son. It was determined that 2 brothers staying in a room on the back side of the hotel were the ones doing this. The police and my son went to their filthy room which had 2 women and a small hild and my son noticed a piece of his suit under a pile of towels. He was lucky. What SEEMED TO BE A QUIET HOTEL was not. I will never be going back there.

Really enjoyed our stay, it was just a quick overnight trip so had plenty of time to enjoy our stay! Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the guy that checked us in was very courteous and polite! Would highly recommend

The driving way is dim and hard to find from the road. Entire facility is old and nasty. Access to the stairs are inconvenient, dirty, and felt unsafe. Unconsumed popcorn was left in the microwave oven. Fridge and microwave oven are dirty. Very old weathered chair. The review rate was 2.5 stars. It must be too much and overrated.

Dirt on the carpet, stains everywhere, gnats all around the toilet. I didn't stay, left the room after about 10 minutes.

It was dirty. The second queen size bed that my step son was sleeping on was broke. There were burn holes in the blankets and was just nasty.
