Boxboro Regency

The lobby is beautiful. The pool was great. I liked they had a restaurant for food.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. Parking is totally fine.

Cleaning up the mold (?) on the shower wall?

Although outdated, it was clean and in a safe location. Doug at the front desk is the best. He upgraded our room when he saw we were three guys in a double, love him for that! He was super helpful, allowed a one hour late check-in, and advised on places we can go

Staff was excellent. The on site restaurant had good food and the bartender and wait staff were great and friendly The rooms were clean, bath was a little dated, but clean and functional. Amenities were good

Not much not to like, the hotel is a little dated probably due to some major businesses moving from the area. Overall though my experience was very satisfactory.

Affordable, centrally located for our trip. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Dated but nice rooms. Beautiful lobby and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Set back off the road about 1/4 mile. Nice quiet wooded area. My wife had a fall at the airport and was a bit banged up, we called and explained our situation and they let us check in at 9:00 AM, which we really appreciated. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff there!

Elevator was broken for most of stay. Hotel was top of the line when it was built in 1970. It is in serious need of updating, which is in progress now. No breakfast available. There is a Dunkin close. Two story hotel, very spread out with long hallways. Make sure if you're elderly or handicapped you check location of room.
