Clean and convenient

The assistant general manager was so great! He was so apologetic and understanding and helped us cancel the rest of the stay. He was the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and ended up cancelling the stay after arriving. Our room was gross. We walked in and instantly smelt mildew, the very old carpet had burn holes and stains throughout the room. The celling had a bunch water damage along the whole right side, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor, all furniture was stained, scratched, chipped and dirty with things dripping down it. The beds clearly need replaced as they sank in and had stains all over the headboards and box springs. The night worker was in the office watching something so took awhile to come out and you can see into the office that even the office is a mess. Dirt, garbage etc all over the office floor. On a good note, The assistant general manager was so great! He was so apologetic and understanding and helped us cancel the rest of the stay. He was the only good thing I can say about this hotel.

The staff was nice and pleasant

The hot tub was filthy and we didn't allow the kids to use it, the mattresses were broke down and uncomfortable, the wall paper was peeling off the wall in some places, there were spiders I killed and bugs near the door. Given the pictures online and the actual amenities, I was highly disappointed. For the price we paid, I was definitely expecting a better experience. I can't blame all the staff as most issues are at a corporate level but things should be addressed.

On a recent road trip to Washington state, we stopped at this La Quinta in Boise both coming and going. It is our go to hotel when in the Boise area. Its rates are always very competitive among the lowest in the area. The staff is friendly, competent and efficient. The grounds, facilities and rooms are clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have most needed amenities. It is in a good location lose to the highway with restaurants and conveniences a walkable distance or short drive away. Internet and ice machine are free and reliable. There is off-street free parking as well. When in Boise, this is where we like to stay.

Great location to airport. Clean and comfortable, just really nice.

Nothing really. It usually costs too much, but I got a really good rate this time.
