The room was not very clean and it smelled horrible.

1 star - the sign says Days Inn and that is what the Expedia booking said. However - it went downhill fast from there. 1. The listing pics are NOT from this hotel. The pic of the lobby on the listing is missing the holes in the wall and the stains. 2. The room pics are stock Days Inn pics. These room are dark, hard flooring, dingy bedding, broken furniture. 3. The booking was for 1 room with a Queen bed. The bed was a full size at most - plus compare the matress and bedding from the listing to my pics (my room was 130). 4. i tried to cancel but since it was past the check in time they said I couldnt. I should have opted in for the expedia room protection - my fault. Now the worst part - the smell. This is worse than unwashed armpit with - it was pure wet dog and mold. Gross - disgusting - no way. I opened door, looked around and went back to the main desk and said no. The lady at desk actually said „i can offer you another room but it is cleaned by the same people“. I walked out. Do not book - this is a bait and switch.

Very close access to food and freeway

The bed was a pinch on the stiff side. But still snoozed pretty good

Hotels.com charged me for a reservation. The hotel didn't have the reservation and they charged me for a room at a higher rate. There was a group outside playing loud music and the hotel told me to call the police. Horrible experience for double the fee.

Affordable, clean and friendly check in process.

It was dirty and outdated.

Peaceful

It was a nice quite stay.

The water pressure in the sink was real bad. Also the sink drain would not work properly. So me being a retired handyman I was able to clean the filter on the faucet and adjust the stopper on the drain in about 10 minutes. Told the owners and they were very grateful. They are working hard to fix the motel up.

Nothing

It was very dirty, bugs flying around room. Spilled coffee on counter, bedding was dirty. Fresh stains crusted in on towels, sheets and pillow cases from previous customer. The bed was very hard and could feel springs in mattress. The heat and ac unit filters were caked in dust and grime. I have included pics. I was charged my rate from booking plus other fees they charged me separately for and wanted that in cash form and wouldn’t give me a normal receipt. They handed me a piece of paper smaller than a business card that said my room rate and that I paid with a Mastercard. They took advantage of me and wouldn’t do anything to help. I would like to have my money refunded. I have never had this issue where I pay more than my booking amount. It was almost over $100 and never ever would I pay that to stay somewhere like this.
