I have always been happy with Econolodge and the service provided. Im not HAPPY with Hotel.com for not providing my credit with my stay to earn my free room. They are unreachable which is unsatisfatory. The hotel was fine.

Room smelled like smoke sheets had a burn stain in them not sure why they wouldn't throw them out . Too over priced for the condition for the room itself.

Always have to go to nite check in no matter what time to check in Or out. First beds very lumpy had to get king second night for double wonderful Sleep you’re charged a $100 security deposit you can the are trying to Remodel

Bed sheets were dirty. Had stains looking like someone urinated on them. Bathroom had mold n mildew. The room was disgusting.horrible experience. I’ve stayed at other econolodge and had a very nice experience

"Mpact of Covid????"

Would have been nice to know that the room would not be touched by housekeeping during my 3 day stay due to Covid. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. AC was marginal and the humidity in the room never went down.
