Lo staff era super disponibile e rispondeva subito ai messaggi.

La camera aveva lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati. La parete era scrostata, vecchia. Non c'è manutenzione.

Good location approximately 10 minute walk to Ado bus station and Chichen Itza collectivos. Decent shower with hot water. Bed relatively comfortable with fan and AC in room.

Room has damp issues and smells mouldy. Cockroach in the room. Slow to replace drinking water tank in the lobby. Window looks out into communal area so does not feel private.

It was close to town . Staff were nice

Our room was noisy.you could hear the traffic from street nd bathroom smelled. They did change the room which was less noisy nd bathroom ws better.

Location is great, large beds

A bit dirty inside, moldy smell inside the room, but we are not picky, if you are looking for cheap and great location, this hotel is a great choice

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und bemüht Antworten auf unsere Fragen zu finden.

Die Zimmer waren etwas lieblos gestaltet, zwar waren sie sauber geputzt aber es ist definitiv notwendig - vor allem im Bad - die Wände neu zu streichen. Die Laken waren zwar sauber, aber leider waren darauf noch ein paar Flecken zu sehen.
