Castaway Bay by Cedar Point Resorts

Location was great, theming of water park and hotels was perfect. Staff was great.

Too many water park attractions were closed during our visit leaving open attractions with longer waits. Hotel is too expensive to have so many rides closed. Also no in-room room irons.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the acrade was fun! The beds were comfy

Saturday the 5 water slides were down but on Sunday 4/5 water slides were up and running

Good location

Famous Dave's restaurant (attached) served us completely raw chicken. The service was poor. Inside the hotel, it was better, but overall staff just seemed grumpy.

Das Hotel ist ganz auf die Bedürfnisse von Kindern ausgelegt und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Bade- und Rutschenlandschaft, die bei unserer Buchung inklusive war. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Essensmöglichkeiten - einzig normales Wasser hat gefehlt.

Unser Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Schon beim Beziehen fiel auf, dass man ab und zu einen Staubsauger, als auch Wischmopp nutzen sollte, stattdessen war der Dreck in den Ecken des Zimmers verteilt und während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts war nicht einmal der Zimmerservice da, um wenigstens den Müll zu entleeren.

How it sits on the water the views were amazing except my window needed cleaned I had a bayside view but the window was dirty

The variety of activities, was awesome !

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Sadly. Regardless though, I will gladly return.

Music in the lobby at 8:30am was very loud when you’re still waking up

Didn't have breakfast.

More things for the little kids like swings and more slides . I had my great grandsons there the ages are 10 months and 2 years old. No lazy river.
