Location is great, near to kyoto station. Staffs are friendly and helpful, check in and check out procedure are easy, got store to keep luggage before or after check in/out, convenient shop just nearby.

We stayed at room 503, unpleasant smell come from floor drainage.

Quiet location not far from Kyoto station and restaurants, and good sized room

The location near the station was brilliant. The room was ok, just enough space for two adults. I would not stay there for a long time if you have more people. Comfy beds and good shower. We did like the communal kitchen area where you could sit as a family and have dinner or play card games.

The check in process for our group was very chaotic and not the best experience. You get a code for a locker to get your room key when the reception must is right there. But you still need to open your own room key locker to get the room keys. This would work fine for check ins outside of reception hours, but weird when there is someone there. There is no reception during the day.
