Nice location close to the freeway but not noisy at all. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great with plenty of toiletries. Only one towel per person which is probably normal but I, as a woman, like to wrap my hair in one when I get out of the shower. Breakfast had quite a variety, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast, muffins, juice....regular items for this type of motel. Overall a great experience. We were making our yearly trek from being in AZ for the winter.

Just one towel each. Of course, not a tragedy but that is what I could think of.

A little noisy (doors close loudly), traffic nearby and breakfast was super crowded (maybe extending it till 9:40 on weekends would help?)

We paid for a suite and did not get one.

The Inn is a little too close to the freeway and you get some noise, but we are always tired after a 7 hour drive and sleep anyway.

They had no water service and did not disclose this at booking, I could have booked another town. If I can't drink the water, I would never brush my teeth or shower with it. I have mouth periodontal disease. I can never have an infection in my body for my RA infusions. This was so very unacceptable. Cindy Quinn

The front desk people were extremely helpful with a few things that went wrong. The fridge in the room I was originally assigned was loud enough that I wouldn't have been able to sleep; the young woman at the front desk kindly found me another room close by (I'd already moved my things from the car) and I got resettled. In the morning, my key card quit working while I was moving out. A different young woman got that settled quickly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable--I did sleep well, once we straightened out the fridge problem! (I would have unplugged it, with the site's blessing, except that I had a few things that needed to be kept cold.) Overall, a nice stay enhanced by the staff.

The fridges in two rooms were noisy--fortunately, the one in the third room we tried was plenty quiet. And having the key card quit working two hours before check-out time was a little inconvenient. Fortunately, both issues were resolved quickly.
