It was a okay stay just for a one night stay it was clean but only thing was fridge dose not work and the thing that upset me was the $50 deposit which I was not told why and it doesn’t say anything about it

I like the location because i parked my truck and there is a big truck stop behind

I don’t even know where to begin as there were multiple problems at this awful place! There was a woman at the front desk who had an attitude problem. We were told her name is Marissa and she has a hoop piercing on her nose. My wife requested two extra towels and Marissa told her that the entire place was out of towels. Then, my wife was explaining the reason why she wanted extra towels and she just said “I don’t care”. As my wife initially gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to be friendly and talkative with her she did not look like she wanted to talk and would follow up every thing my wife said with “I don’t care”. This place was also dirty. The first room they gave us, the lights didn’t turn on at all. Then, in the other room they gave us the bathrooms did not look like they were cleaned and it was so gross that we showered with flip flops. The stairs had so much moss on them. It’s evident they don’t care about the people staying here having that girl with the attitude problem, dirty rooms and walkways . I would stay at the other motels that are right in the same complex. They’re probably better than this filthy place!

Booked through the booking app which didn’t say anything about a $50 holding fee for cleaning, room is uncomfortably clean.. towels and rags looked like they weren’t washed with soap and sink clogged instantly. Plus no breakfast versus other hotels with breakfast and same price.

The rooms looks dirty, the room smells bad, and overall the hotel itself has a poor condition.

The shower had black mold in it. The soap was watered down. The toilet was broke and could move there was mold on the walls in the rest of the room. The guy that was working the third shift was very disrespectful. The room also smelled.

I had just lost my wallet after making and paying for this stay…when I went to check in I told him I just lost my wallet but wld show proof of my id from my phone and still wasn’t good enough. And wldnt give me a refund or anything
