We booked a room with river view, and balcony, it was well worth it. There are very good restaurants within easy reach, without having to go out on to the busy main road. Breakfast had everything we needed.

"A beautiful location."

This is a beautiful hotel but too expensive. We had a parking view room. The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare. The grounds are beautiful and it is right on the Columbia River and adjacent to a city park.
