"Worst Shangri-La ever!"

It is an awful Shangri-La hotel. It is by far the worst Shangri-La hotel that we have ever stayed. We would suggest that Shangri-La close the hotel.

"Excellent Changchun hotel"

Top notch service, accommodations, and food. This hotel serves the local Volkwagen and Audi plants, and has a large number of German staff, all with very good English language skills.

"Great stay at the Shangri-La!"

Good location downtown. Convienient to everything and great high-end shopping right nerxt door. Service and food were excellent. Highly recomment the Horizon Club for drinks and meals!
