Shangri-La Changchun

The best thing that we love to stay here, its a sauna and pool. Pool all the time is clean, water as we think the best of all hotelt around. Sauna at any tine really hot and clean. We love to stay here.

Rooms a bit old. Stuff much friendly. If we have problem with breakfast at main restaurant, manager (Lady) invite us to another comfortable place for get a meal. Really friendly service.

The breakfast is real good! A lot good meals and fruits. We are traveling with kids and grandmother. By the way, family vacation is not easy by the food lovers and make right choice for everyone, but this breakfast is full of passion! Special THANKS FOR DRY SAUNA 96* and WATERPOOL! This is why we are planing to to this hotel next time. Sauna and waterpool - The best in Dongbei hotels.

Room a bit dirty, also strong smoking fla. for our family is uncomfortable. But this room was recommended by staff for best view NY Fireworks. Thats is great job. But a bit dirty and old. Licking water from all tubs.

We stayed for 2 nights after 4 nights at a skii trip in Songhua Ski Resort. My youngest son broke his leg skiing, and he had a fresh cast. The hotel was super-accommodating with bedding, and had a complementary wheelchair to use. Breakfast buffet is awesome - one of the best, and I've stayed at all the 5+star major brands in Asia. Location was great for nearby Dongbei food or chinese bbq.

酒店位置交通便利,飲食方面也有很多選擇,員工服務很好,很到位且貼心,但酒店內旳餐飲一般,仍有很多要改善的地方,如款式.味道等,座位餐等都應好好調整一下,畢竟也是一間有品牌的五星級酒店,餐飲方面應有相應要求,房間設備稍舊了,可更新一下會較佳,但員工服務確實很好,讚!

장춘 시내에 위치하고 있고 주변에 백화점이 즐비하고 있어 식사와 쇼핑을 편리하게 해결할 수 있었습니다!

위치가 좋았습니다. 맛있는 저녁식사를 위한 식당을 추천해주셨는데 정말 맛있는 곳이었습니다. 그리고 아침에 공항픽업 서비스를 신청했는데, 예상보다 고급차를 보내줘서 매우 편안하게 공항까지 갈 수 있었습니다.

Smells bad near the elevators and sometimes in the room. Smells of smoke and also (apologies) “toilet”. Toilet in bathroom is too close to shower - nothing to be done about it thought until they decide to renovate again.
