"Over Rated and Over Priced!"

Location

Room smelled like urine and the solution provided by the property was an air freshener. Then the room smelled like perfume and urine. Also had a noisy dog 2 doors down. Very disappointed that the management would not switch rooms for me. I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights which amounted to over $1100.00. Breakfast was also below expectations.

Hotel comfort, staff, rooms and services good. Recent remodeling is nice improvement. Hotels.com does NOT offer or provide a receipt. At check-out, the Hotel stated, to get receipt, see Hotels.com for it. Why can't Hotels.com at least email the Receipt, since paid through HOTELS.COM
