Room available at reasonable price

Room was not cool on check-in. Furnishings worn and tire. Breakfast was terrible and very limited choices. Coffe was cold and stale not prepared that morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great in the room. The lobby and breakfast area were hot. CAH537774304 Coffee was lukewarm and bad. Breakfast choices were lacking. Juice machine was out of order. No milk for cereal. Bread was stale and no butter or jelly. Eggs were rubbery and cold.

We booked through Expedia where listing said pool and breakfast. After a ten hour drive and arriving, the stench of feces smacks you in the face as you enter the lobby. I wait at the front desk for over 10-15 minutes for someone to come. I ask about the pool since it’s covered. He says it’s not working. I said we can’t stay here and would like to cancel. He says it’s completely up to Expedia. I call Expedia and they say they have to call the hotel. The representative comes back and says the hotel will not cancel and refund. Very disappointing.

For me, the location was great - easy to town and other places. There was a lack of area info.

Mold on ceiling, hallways filthy, bathtub was chipped beyond being able to use it, paint on walls was horrible, no refills of toilet paper etc no counters in bathrooms-either no breakfast or terrible breakfast. Rooms were NOTHING like advertised-, no suite, no couch, no recliner.

The bed was really comfy, people were so friendly

How convent it was from airport.

I called twice ahead of time and advised my husband would be checking in, before I landed from my flight. Was assured it was going to be ok. When he checked in they gave a hassle. Then the beds were so hard I woke up in the middle of the night with my back hurting and arms numb and my husbands back completely thrown out. The mattress was so hard. I would have paid more for a better room if that was the case. Will not be staying again.

Nice clean and friendly staff

The hotel next door was scary. It looked like homeless people and addicts hanging out in the parking every time we stay there. It's a shame that this nice place has to deal with trashy OYO
