Bedroom could have been cleaner, we requested that under the bed be cleaned as there was a lot of debris here but it never happened

The staff was very friendly. They helped us to buy speed boat tickets back to Jepara and had our laundry done. Breakfast and a la carte was good and reasonable priced. They organized us a driver for a day to explore all beaches.

Rooms were cleaned every day but I think especially the bathrooms are in a need of a deep clean and wash. Daily cleaning was however ok and towels and bedsheets were changed if needed. We booked a one day shared snorkeling trip via hotel. We thought there would be three or four snorkeling stops because the trip was scheduled around 09-17. At the harbour they told us that there would be only two snorkeling stops and then they would take us to a baby turtle sanctuary and after that to a shark breeding place. We didn’t like either of those places, because they felt a bit of an attempt of unnecessary funding and they looked like that the wellbeing of the animals was questionable. But thats not any of the hotels business. We just would have Wanted to snorkel because that is what we paid for.

De accommodatie was schoon en netjes, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Happinezz hills hotel is perfect! I have travelled a lot and never got anything like this during my trips. The hotel is very beautifull and everything is really clean! The rooms are big and there is really clean bathroom with good shower (hot water coming and good pressure). The pool area is beautifull and clean and there is poolbar you can use. Hotels breakfast is good and they have also good restauraunt with ok prices. From the hotel you can organize everything you need on the island and even when you are just coming there. For us they organized our car ride from Semarang to Jepara, our speedboat tickets, snokling trip, scooters etc. and everything with a really good price that we felt was really cheap for us. I loved this place and would love to come back one day <3 Really good value for your money. The staff is super friendly <3 With scooters you can easily get where ever on the island from this hotel. And the Karimunjawa island is beatifull, especially the small beach near bobbys beach <3
