Firstly, the staff was great! Housekeeping was SO NICE! The room was comfortable and spacious - def a room you can come back to and relax and be comfortable
The hostess initially gave me a room with a king bed initially, didn’t know until we got in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. When I went to change it, she upgraded us to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa! That was very nice of her! Was also pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights! Much better than my last experience at a Wyndham!
Halee was so nice. She needs a raise for sure. Her restaurant recommendations were the bomb. Would hire her if i lived close.
The air conditioner did not work in our room and it was very hot. Also, there was no remote so the tv didn’t work either
It was clean but did have 3 keypads not working, the shower handle fell in my hand as I attempted to shower, Espi Fixed it right away she was friendly and willing to help and so was the morning shift female
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the elevator wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi was down, and the hot tub was lukewarm.
Our neighbors were partying at 1:30 and didn’t stop until about 6, the elevators weren’t working so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and the 3rd floor hallway wreaked of marijuana.
Best place to stay in Safford! The staff is incredible and so accommodating! Chloe was great and very helpful! This hotel is truly pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
We stay here often but this time was ok, the elevator wasn't working so we had to haul all of our luggage upstairs my back is not hurting.
