Guests highly rate the nice room and hot tub and frequently praise the great upgrades.
Entire bldg was under construction. Felt like I slept at a construction site. Interior of building is all torn up. I guess they must be in the middle of a remodel. I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else but it was non-refundable so I had to deal. Room was nice but bed was super uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. Room was 98 degrees when I arrived with the ac turned off. Took about 5 hours to cool it off to 75.. after the stay, they said they had me double booked for some reason?? Definitely not a great experience overall..
Place under construction and with no a/c in hallways. The a/c in the room doesn’t cool the room
No pool, sauna, gym, ice machine, juice machine. Under construction, dirty, noisy, rude staff, toilet paper holder broken, door handle fail off, no door handle or lock on conjoined door, front entrance barricaded and had to use side door that was open 24/7,no security, room key card maker broken, had to leave door open to leave and come back. List goes on and on. No refund or discount
It was a good hotel. They had construction in progress that was inconvenient but understandable.
It was be remodeled our room was nice but out side of the room was dirty breakfast was not grate nothing to drink no pool no workout room all being remodeled
We were not made aware of renovations underway including pool closure.
Property is under construction. Hallways are hot and dusty. Front lobby is taped off so you have to go around to a side entry that has a brick holding door open all through night with no one to see people going in and out. Pool was closed you kids were not happy, that’s actually why we picked hotel for the indoor pool and couldn’t use it. Poor staff is in a tiny room that barely has room for desk and filled with clutter. Staff was nice.
There was construction all night. Banging and moving stuff until 3am. There was no such faucet. Crew were short and not friendly
This hotel is under full construction and not suitable for paying guests. The amenities advertised are NOT available and parking is at a dark (at night) dirt parking lot off site. Several safety concerns present for guests including a rock holding open the door 24/7 and walking through construction area to get to your car.
The remodel work was being done, the wall way are very dirty. Breakfast tables were dirty
