From this address we could easily reach the whole City by S- and U-Bahn

No complains at all.

The owner was very friendly, we received really warm welcome and as a bonus, we were told to check out late if we needed to sleep in free of charge, which we did after a week on the road. Small things like this make all the difference. Thank you Stephane! (I hope I spelled, and remembered your name correctly) :)

The owners are very nice and helpful.

It was not very clean, in particular spider webs everywhere and lots of dust and the room needs renovation.

The room was great and the owner was outstanding. There was road construction limiting our GPS in reaching the Gastehaus. The owner drove out to where we were and led us to the place. He then made sure we had a good parking spot and insisted in helping us carry our luggage. He then gave clear instructions to walk to the local grocery store, a short 8 min walk. Breakfast was very good.

Owners were super pleasant. Courtyard was a pleasant respite after a ling travel. It was helpful (but not required) that owner spoke fluent English

Closer to bus station but certainly not an unpleasant walk
