There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

NOT SURE WHY THE RATING ISN'T HIGHER OTHER THAN PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ECONOMIC STAY HOTELS AND UPSCALE 5*STAR OR WANNA BE 5 STAR HOTELS. I was an executive chef for many 5 star resorts to include the Ritz Carlton THE Waldorf Astoria in Naples and key west Florida also a few other large resorts . The reason I mentioned this is to explain the levels brands have for customers the economy travel stay brands like super 8 travelodge red roof etc are not Four seasons , Or mandarin oriental not even double tree or spring hill suites so dont book rooms at a economy hotel and expect the same things....that said this travelodge is under new management and my wife and I have needed a longer term place to stay as our house was in a mold disaster and we had nowhere to go, we found this place on line and booked the suite for 64$ i was blown away so much so I booked for 2 weeks . I will say this Joseph and his family are going above and beyond to ensure that for the price point you get value , comfort , clean quite nights to sleep. You can see the pride the new owner has in his property he has done little things like have upgraded mirrors and bed sheets as well as great coffee and a clean sparkly swimming pool, a grill in the back and there's even a little stream you can sit next to . The point is for 47-70 $ a night and if your wyndham members you pay around 50 a night and get points you CAN NOT BEAT THE PRODUCT PROVIDED BY THIS hard working new owner who reminds me in ways of my immigrant parents who came and started businesses so we could have better lives i see the same thing from mr Joseph, he wants better for his children and he wants his guests to always have a positive above the standard experience for a rate you would expect to see things from CSI. Joseph keep up the hard work your dedication to providing comfort at a quality rate is working i pray the franchise reciews value you as a partener ,and I must say having the food truck on property is genius as it helps a small business while providing authentic Mexican food to your own guests. Thank you the details are noticed by those who understand what your trying to do and we thank you . This is a hidden gem that will always have pur business whem i am in need of a great rate for a great product with no frills just comfort. Vinny

I will definitely stay here again, offordable and clean rooms. Good location to anywhere you want togo as it is near interstate 25, 20 min to Denver, close to Boulder and the foothills if you want to travel into the mountains and convenient to get to Eates Park! Staff is friendly and under new management who are amazing! Bonus, they have an indoor pool and laundry machines

Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Nice selection of TV channels.

Burnt out light bulbs. The heater is not thermostat controlled and runs constantly. No elevator to the second floor - stairs only.
