"Best Hampton Inn On Our Trip!!"

Getting in to the hotel is a little difficult but we figured it out. We were greeted by a cheerful front desk attendant and made our way to our Room #302 (we used the Hilton Digital Check-In feature). Room was very nicely appointed with good AC. This is an older Hampton Inn but it is kept up nicely as the carpeting in the hallway seemed new. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip and way better than the other Hampton Inn's we stayed in. Pork sausage was a real plus!! The only negative would be the bathroom needs some slight remodeling as the wallpaper is starting to peel from the bottom by the shower but that is minor. We would definitely stay there again if we're ever in the Tuscaloosa area.

Felt very safe as two female travelers. Room was in great condition, looks like it was recently remodeled. Bathroom had a bit of mold on the edges, but it was tolerable. Breakfast was as expected...hotel lobby smells funky but again, tolerable. Staff was very friendly!! Will likely stay there again for the convenience location to UA

Shout out to Danielle. Our VRBO canceled on us unexpectedly for graduation weekend. I called the hotel directly and spoke with Danielle. We had multiple questions about room types and accommodations for extended family relatives. Multiple questions about graduation weekend, etc.. she handled our questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a great personality! SO grateful for her exceptional customer service ❤️
