The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you're going to a game at Adelaide Oval. It's a 5 minute walk across the footbridge and you're there!

The rooms are nice, but the hotel is slightly dated. Nothing a refurb wouldn't fix. It still feels high end, but a little 1990s high end.
