Despite many signs saying smoking was not allowed, our room smelled of smoke. My husband and I both commented on it.

"It was ok."

Location was convenient. Close to food and battle fields.

Returned to my room at the end of the day to find AC wasn’t working.Staff made me wait on maintenance to look at the issues.Had to wait another hour before they agreed to move me to a new room though 90% of the hotel was empty. Had to pack up take all of my stuff down to the main office to get a new room only to have to walk it all the way back up to where I was before only two doors down. Very frustrating and not accommodating to a guest who’s facilities were broken and non functional.

"Very clean, but needs attention to details."

Newly renovated and very clean. Night shift lady was nice and kept fresh coffee.

Loud people with large dog overhead. Walls very thin. Very bright light at door shines on bed. Some crawlers in bathroom, 4 different types of beetles, bugs, silverfish. No breakfast at all, or coffee in rooms. Long walk to front lobby, including a hill, and handicapped husband. Plus cable was out for over a day of visit. Slow Wi-Fi also
