酒店外设施很不错

酒店房间里面空调设施太陈旧被子很薄空调没有制暖，声音还超级大，晚上冻的根本没休息好

The rooms are very outdated and lacked basic hotel amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste, and only one bar of soap was provided. The mattress felt very old, and the carpet flooring is also outdated. At check-in, their system was down, which caused a delay. There was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallway. Although I understand it’s usually hot in this area, it was cold during our visit. Unfortunately, the heater was not working, and it was not fixed even after we informed the staff.

L’accueil pas très souriant, personne à la piscine pour donner les serviettes, nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter du jacuzzi

Hotel is part of a gulf course with nice bicycle track.

Parking was not secures with reported security concerns. Far from main city attraction at Palm Springs.

Big rooms, big pool—and a bonus that it was heated properly—and big, beautiful views. We loved our stay!

The only negative we could say is the A/C did not kick in very well at all.

There were some sound issues with noise from hallway and dogs on premises.

The scenery was beautiful! The property is very well maintained.

We didn’t get adequate information from the front desk staff about the bikes. As we began riding near the golf course, one of the residents was very rude to us and asked us where we were going. She told us bikes were not allowed. It was very uncomfortable to be spoken to in that manner. If we had been given some guidelines, we would likely have been able to avoid her confrontational behavior.
