The room had a view of the stadium, grounds and pool that was lovely during the day and beautiful at night. Cleaning service was outstanding. Each day we were refreshed with towels and the room straightened and made up. This happened during the day - not someone banging on our door at 8 or 9am in the morning. We could relax in the very comfortable bed. Service at SOAK was outstanding. One day I had the pool area all to myself for practically the whole day! Gorgeous infinity pool with loungers and umbrellas. Had a nice resort feel. Next time we are going to reserve a cabana. Had apps and drinks in the bar area. Apps were ok. Drinks were fabulous. I had a delicious salad by the pool and drinks from SOAK.

One restaurant available and its small. The clover club was booked for a private party every night we we were there and never open during the day. We ended up going across the street to the regular Loews for more dining options. They need to add another dining option if a whole restaurant is not going to be available to guests.

"Great location, comfortable rooms"

Came here for a business conference and was impressed with how nice the property is. Location is awesome - smack in between the football and baseball stadiums, with Texas Live (big hangout location with a bunch of places to eat) immediately next door. Staff was friendly but didn't go out of their way to do anything extra. I had a view of the AT&T stadium which was amazing. Room was cozy but well set up. Bed was great - really comfy with nice bedding and pillows. Lots of USB ports. Only complaint, and it's not unique to this hotel - the water pressure in the shower was terrible. I understand the effort to try to conserve water, but when it takes me three times as long to rinse off, I doubt if it's actually saving any water at all! That said, I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town.
