Great location and friendly staff.

In the breakfast areas, customers staying at the Embassy Suites were allowed to wearing sleepwear, pajamas and small shorts while eating breakfast. Children were also in sleeping attire. Women were wearing shower caps on their heads and men were wearing sagging pajama pants displaying their undergarments in breakfast and other public areas. Women were wearing extremely short shorts in all the public areas. I am my family were not comfortable within the lounging nor breakfast areas due to the staff being unable to address the issue from fear of reprisal from the leadership and the angry customer’s response when confronted about inappropriate attire in public areas. Leadership should enforce stricter policies on guest about attire and personal behavior in public areas. Very uncomfortable in common areas and also on guest floors.

Just more breakfast options like fresh fruits and flavor cream, waffles and pancakes. Happy hour better snacks. Housekeeping didn't clean the rooms and also had to call for more towels and wash clothes

"The Valet experience i had"

I had a great experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, and I especially want to shout out the valet, Eyu. He was extremely professional, friendly, and quick every time I needed my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. After a long day, having someone that kind and efficient really makes a difference. Eyu definitely made my stay even better give that man some recognition!

You can not park a truck in the parking garage but they were able to park us in the fire lane beside the hotel. They breakfast say made to order but only omelettes were made to order. Overall breakfast was good.

Self parking has a high fee, but so the fee of other nearby hotels.
