Rooms full of roaches and very unsafe

i do not like it at all

sheet dirty towel damp like someone used it i have picture and video for prooff, the key card can open all the rooms that make me so anxious becuz i accidently went into the wrong room and i thought someone was in my room when i notice the stuff aint mine i went to my room and still can open the other i told the customer servixe desk right away which is crazy because that is not safe at all. people all outside smooking weed looking at u going in and out and noisy..

There were many cockroaches in the room, I had to kill 7 of them, one in the bed. I’ve been send to another room past midnight, the new one was full of hairs, many cigarettes holes in the blanket, I never ever saw that. And when I asked to be fully reimbursed after such a shameful stay, the manager of the property proposed to reimburse 15%. I have no words to express how scandalous is this situation, this motel, and the client service. Run away from this place

room was dirty animal hair everywhwre . couldnt change room provided me with a broom and towel with fabuloso at check in

They do have smoking rooms

There was no hair dryer, no coffee maker and no breakfast
