Very clean facility. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to highways to see sites. The breakfast buffet was good.

The breakfast buffet was good. However, it was $17 per person, and it was the same food items as other hotels we've stayed at that included breakfast at no charge. You had to have elite status to get free coffee or tea.

Meh. The good: quiet. Has a restaurant and bar onsite, an outdoor space and lots of easy parking. The bad: -inconsistent service. Super rude check in, lovely interactions in other settings, one horrible bartender/one delightful bartender. It was so all over the board. Not impressed. -a corporate hotel: huge groups. Not fun as a solo guest. -my room was super dated, smelled like mildew and the towels (even when hung on hooks, never dried. Yuck. Dehumidifier issue. -good housekeeping but in my more than 150 days on the road typically (not Marriott focused), I have never seen a hotel allow “flair” on a housekeeping cart. The one on my floor had odd sayings and manifestation messages. Nope. Never ever seen that allowed and there is a reason. I can’t overstate how the rude staff are over the top. I overheard the female bartender without the mask (the masked lady was hardworking and polite) on 06/19/2025 around 5:30pm be so awful to another guest (who merely asked a few questions), it was shocking. I would not recommend or stay here. For a group? Probably a better experience. The breakfast staff were all wonderful!!! A bright spot.

Large, clean, quiet room. Beautiful hotel and grounds.

The outdoors- to bad it was rainy

The pull out sofa was not a pull out sofa at all. My little boy was 10 and did not get very good sleep on that couch.

This hotel is more dated than it should be for the area and Hyatt name. They should consider refreshing the rooms, furniture, paint, carpet, etc. Front desk staff is hit or miss, I had to fight for the free breakfast and club benefits that were included in my stay due to staff not knowing how to check in guests or what is included. The pool and gym areas are nice and clean. The bar lobby area is nice, the restaurant we thought existed never opened and food was just served in the lobby/bar open area. We skipped eating there due to this. Drinks at the bar are outrageously expensive and mediocre. I wouldn’t stay there for the bar/restaurant/room but the pool and location were nice.
