They charge extra of what you book online from booking.com. Even after complaining for it nothing happened.

Decent hotel everything was in order nothing over the top pool hours are excellent nice gym rooms were clean but aged you could tell they've been used and abused over the years

We were in and out of Minneapolis for a quick visit with a friend in Edina so not much time to savor this lovely hotel. Both of us had rooms on the top floor which we loved for the views. Rooms were very clean and so comfortable. The perfect place to rest your weary head when you have been traveling a lot and if you just need a nice place to stay when visiting that area of Minneapolis. Parking is free, plentiful and right there. We enjoyed a quick drink and bite in the beautifully designed lobby restaurant. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had done a lot of research to find a hotel near Edina and I am so happy that we found this one.

The welcoming entrance was lovely

The room and rate I booked through Booking.com did not come through to your reservation software and while I showed my receipt with the room and rate I booked, the reception did not want to honor it until I pushed back a bit harder. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The room we ended up w didn’t have bedding for sofa bed - which was explicitly clear that we needed and the room the bed had candy in it - clearly not cleaned from last guest.

Stayed a total of 4 nights and the first night we were put directly next to house keeping and got woken up at 5am when they starting getting the carts for service ready and had to transfer rooms. The beds were extremely lumpy and the pillow had no fluff to them. Definitely not worth the $220 a night. The hotel also falsely advertised room service as one of the amenities and they do not provide room service at all, only the restaurant dining is available. Over all was not impressed with the stay compared to the price we paid

Rates changed at weekend

We were there Friday and Saturday nights for a wedding. The rooms are nice and clean. Very comfy. We enjoyed talking to Al, the bartender at the bar. And the tasting in the bar on Friday was fun too. The pool area is nice and good workout room. Nice outdoor spaces with a koi pond. Saturday as we were going to head to the wedding my sandal broke. I went to the front desk to ask if they had a stapler strong enough to hold it. Shirlene Twiss was at the desk and asked what size shoes I wear as she has several pairs there. How nice was that!?! She took my sandal and within a very short time brought it back repaired! It lasted me the whole night and I really appreciated her efforts! Now that is great customer service! We attended the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning which was very good too with lots of choices. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay here again!
