Generalt var suiten fremragende.

Aircon virkede ikke optimalt.

Die Lage ist großartig, das gesamte Personal (inklusive Direktor) sind unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel.

Es gibt rein garnichts zu bemängeln.

War alles in Ordnung

Schöne Lage, direkt am Tierpark, tolles Frühstück.

Manche Bereiche sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird aber renoviert.

Room was nice and spacious, coffee machine, tea, small fridge, complimentary water and snacks. Easy and quick checkin, nice personal at the reception. Parking. Nice area around, big park. Easy to find . The breakfast was very good with many varieties and good service. Fresh fruits at the lobby, some vending machines for snacks. Some rooms had balconies which is very nice bcs of area around. We did not visit a bar and restaurant on site but it looked nice.

The hotel is a bit old and some refreshment is needed. Very strange room cleaning service. They used to come twice in the morning ( around 8.30 then around 10), just knocked and opened the door within 10 seconds, which is not comfortable and not understandable, some other rooms' doors in the corridor were opened and cleaning was in a process, check out time at 11.00. So what's a reason to disturb guests?The cleaning itself could be better, something was left on the floor when we arrived and toilet was not clean enough.
