Leonardo Hotel Hannover

L'hotel è ben tenuto e pulito, con staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione molto ricca e variegata, anche se (come spesso in Germania) le opzioni per il dolce non erano molte ma comunque di buona qualità. Anche durante i giorni di fiera e gli orari di picco, si riusciva a trovare sempre posto a sedere e il cibo veniva aggiunto subito e velocemente. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è comodo, anche se non economicissimo. La stanza era pulita e ben tenuta, sufficientemente spaziosa e ben organizzata per soggiornarci comodamente una settimana intera. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quotidianamente. La posizione è comoda sia per il polo fieristico (circa 15-20 minuti di macchina), sia per andare in centro in macchina o con i mezzi pubblici.

Un punto su tutti non mi è piaciuto ed è il rapporto qualità-prezzo: l'hotel non è chiaramente economico visti gli standard ma non vale i 325€/notte pagati durante la fiera (va anche detto che è una pratica comune in Germania triplicare i prezzi durante le fiere). Di due ascensori disponibili ne funzionava solo uno. In condizioni normali, non un grosso problema. Durante i giorni di picco della fiera, si creavano delle "code" davanti l'ascensore, visto che l'attesa era tanta. Un'altra cosa che personalmente ho trovato fastidiosa era la poca pressione dell'acqua della doccia.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das Hotelpersonal ist äußertst kompetent und freundlich. Der Hoteldirektor lebt für das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste. Alle Gäste wurden (Messe-Teilnehmer) jeden Nachmittag mit einem gratis Getränk verwöhnt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auch die Gastronomie Essen wie Service inkl. dem Frühstück ist sehr gut! Gerne wieder.

I stayed for 9 days. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, there was a lack of variety, 9 days in a row without change, but that's a small note. The staff is kind and the place is charming, near the park, you can take walks in your free time

with the amount of people in the hotel, it was annoying that only one elevator was working. I mostly used the stairs, but when I needed to use the elevator, I had to wait up to 10 minutes I mentioned that the staff was kind, but not interested in creating the feeling that they were solving problems. I had an uncomfortable situation with the staff, but we couldn't find a solution. They didn't contact me, I had to go and remind myself that I was waiting for an answer or a solution.

Gute Lage, gute Anbindung

Während das Wasser im Hotel wegen der Baustelle abgestellt wurde, wurden 2 zusätzliche Wasserflaschen auf das Zimmer geliefert.

Auf dem Zimmer war bei Ankunft 1 Fenster in Kippstellung verkantet, nach Mitteilung in der Lobby am Vortag war das verkantete Fenster immer noch nicht behoben, sodass ich das Problem einem Zimmermädchen morgens nochmal gezeigt habe.

Schöne Lage am Tierpark, Zimmer modernisiert

Modernisierung leider nur oberflächlich / Aufgrund einer Feier war die offizielle Bar geschlossen. Als „Ersatz“ waren in einem Nebenzimmer ein Tisch mit Gläsern und daneben, auf den Boden, Getränkekisten hingestellt worden. Sitzmöglichkeiten gab es keine. Für ein Hotel inakzeptabel. / Beim Frühstück am Sonntag gab es harte Brötchen vom Vortag.
