Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, wenn man an der Messe zu tun hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde bei Bedarf aufgefüllt (ich finde es sehr gut, dass nicht verschwenderisch mit Essen umgegangen wird). Als besonders positiv möchte ich das Personal herausstellen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und zuvorkommende Behandlung.

Das Frühstück war super. Der Empfang zum CheckIn war super. Das Personal an sich war super. Auch bei der Reklamation wurde super reagiert.

In der Dusche schimmel an den Fugen, an der Decke, in der Duschbrausen Halterung ebenfalls schimmel, die Toilette war von außen unglaublich dreckig und verpinkelt oder ähnliches. Die Tür des Badezimmers mit einem Dübel beschädigt. Das Bett hat bei jeder bewegen unglaublich gekracht und geknarzt.
