My go to overnight stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we reserved wasn't ready, and for a moment we thought we didn't have a room. They did allow us into our room but the spa was under repair and unusable. They wanted to give us a discount but couldn't since we booked through Expedia. Our room was fairly clean, but there were remnants of previous guests (food crumbs) in the corners, and we didn't have bedding for the pullout couch. Pool area was nice, and breakfast was standard. We would stay again but not book through a 3rd party.

Staff were pleasant, and allowed me to check in early because they had the room available, which meant a lot to me coming in from a 2 hour ATV ride in -3 degree weather. The room was comfortable and mostly clean minus a few areas that could use some dusting. We ended up visiting on the weekend of a sporting tournament, so I expected it to be loud. Fortunately, when I got back to the hotel at midnight, people were still moving, but I couldn't hear them in the room and slept well. We will be back!

The original room we were given had a horrible sewage smell to it. After trying multiple things to get rid of it, I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. The second room was the same. The female front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all and told me since I booked through Expedia she was unable to change my room type. The male front desk staff stepped in and was a lot more help. He was able to upgrade my room to one that didn’t smell. The rest of the stay was good. However I wouldn’t stay here again due to the experience.

Bed was hard and springy, pool had lights out making it very dark.

It was just a continental breakfast. I would have been nice if had been a full breakfast.
