Vi fikk skriftlig bekreftelse for sen ankomst mellom kl.22.00-23.00 dagen før ankomst. Før ankomst prøvde vi å ringe, men ingen tok telefonen. Etter ankomst var det ikke noen tilstede. Etter mange telefoner og purring via e-post kom det tilslutt en ansvarlig. Han informerte oss at han hadde solgt rommet til noen andre tidligere på kvelden.
