Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement satisfaisant, avec des chambres propres et un service acceptable. Cependant, un incident perturbant a affecté mon expérience : une situation inappropriée où une femme était entendue par l'ensemble de l'hôtel dans des activités intimes avec quelqu'un. Malheureusement, malgré les signalements, aucune mesure n'a été prise pour remédier à cette situation, ce qui a sérieusement compromis le confort et l'ambiance de l'établissement. De plus, j'aurais apprécié un approvisionnement en serviettes et produits de base plus généreux, ainsi que des produits éco-responsables avec une odeur agréable. Une expérience globalement mitigée, principalement en raison de cet incident sonore gênant.

When we checked in the family room at noon as the Expedia confirmation said, the staff told me the room needed to be cleaned and check-in could only be done after 2pm. In the evening we got our key card from reception and entered the room. We found that the room was not made clean, the bed was messed up and there was eaten pizza on the table 😣 I asked the staff for help and they gave me another room in the next building. We were exhausted moving all our belongings and the baby to another room, but unfortunately when we opened the door we discovered that the new room was not the family room. There was only one double bed in the room😖 I asked the staff for help again! ! ! After moving twice, I can finally have a clean family room😤

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum Paris. Dies war für uns der einzige Nachteil dieses Hotels. Der Check Inn und das der Checkout war für uns noch niemals so unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich und ging auch auf unsere Wünsche die wir bezüglich eines barrierefreien Zimmers für eine Rollstuhlfahrerin hatten unkompliziert und kostenlos ein. Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse mehr als zufriedenstellend. Es wurden qualitativ gute Speisen angeboten und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Von uns bekommt dieses Hotel eine 1+ mit Sternchen.

Hotel room was smaller than I expected, it wasn't as described in online. People in the lobby didn't speak English very well, couldn't communicate very well.
